There has been a lot of discussion in the Yahoo discussion forum about whether the FX210/FX215 can support more than the Sony spec'd 256MB of Memory. Multiple people have successfully installed 512MB (2, 256MB chips). The trick seems to be to use high quality memory such as Crucial or PNY or Kingston. Using off-brand memory seems to present problems. Personally, I have even run into this problem with 128MB chips.
