In accordance with Oregon’s recent statewide stay-at-home order, most employees in our Corvallis area are now working from home. At Intertech Headquarters we have temporarily limited on-site business operations to essential staff. These essential employees adhere to recommended hygiene and social distancing practices, and we’ve increased janitorial services to preserve a clean, healthy work environment.
At Intertech we are continuing to monitor the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic at a local and global level. We understand that COVID-19 is a rapidly changing situation and we are committed to keeping you informed. The health and safety of our associates, customers, and communities is our top priority.

I wanted to provide you with a brief update on Intertech:
- Intertech’s Corvallis location is open and we are able to continue to support all of our customers. Intertech’s marketing department remains available to help you with your engineering and technical education requirements and questions.
- Travel: Any travel scheduled through April 2020 that involves air travel or hotel stays has been cancelled or postponed for all Intertech Associates.
- Meetings: All internal and external meetings (including meetings not requiring travel) should be conducted via phone and email in lieu of in-person meetings, until further notice. A meeting is defined as two or more people.
- Site Visitors: All visits to Intertech’s location by vendors or non-customer guests should convert contact via phone or email. If a face-to-face meeting is business critical, vendors must make an appointment and all appropriate social distancing and sanitizing should be employed.
- Working Remotely: In an effort to significantly reduce the density at our location, Intertech has set up at least 40% of our workforce to work remotely.
- Cleaning & Disinfecting: Our Operations personnel has worked to incorporate elevated cleaning and disinfecting practices of all common areas, equipment, etc.
