Intertech Inc. offers several options for supporting our customers who use industrial automation Programmable Logic Controllers, as well as related industrial automation hardware/software and networking products:
Individual Call Support
Our staff engineers answer your industrial automation questions. Purchase order or credit card must be provided at the beginning of the support call. This support is offered to our customers to go beyond the traditional support of the large manufacturers of hardware and software. Intertech Inc. has worked with you before and we are already familiar with most of your systems. A minimum of one (1) hour will be charged. |
Annual Pre-Paid Phone Support Package Your industrial automation questions are answered by phone and email by our engineers for up to four (4) hours per month. Every call or email will be returned within twenty-four (24) hours or less. After four (4) hours per month, the hourly technical support rate is applied.
Remote Access
If we are required to access directly into your control system via remote control software, an additional $82.50 per hour will be charged beyond the above charges. This fee only applies after the first hour of the individual call support option or after the fourth hour of the prepaid telephone support. A minimum of one (1) hour will be charged. Onsite Technical Assistance Hourly rate plus expenses. Our engineers are available to do on-site troubleshooting, programming, debugging, and networking with you at your facility. Similar to our education classes, we involve you in the work so you understand how your system works and how to do the work yourself in the future. |
